Most recently, Mildred was featured as a guest speaker atthe VA Medical Center’s 9th Annual VISN 4 VAVS Conference, which took place in Philadelphia, PAfrom June
23rd-25th,2009. Based on a list of challenges and struggles that were submittedpre-conference, Mildred tailored a presentation entitled Organizing Your Office Space – Work Smarter, Not Harder to theprecise needs of the program administrators, volunteer managers and public affairsofficers in attendance.
In addition to coaching conferenceattendees on organization and workplace decluttering techniques, Mildredstressed the importance of mission-critical personal and business practices,including:

· Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
· Personnel and Time Management
· Task Designation
· E-mail, Phone Call and Paper Management
· Home/Work Balance
Post-conference, seminar attendeescontributed feedback on the presentation, and in addition to receiving overwhelminglypositive ratings, Mildred was billed by her audience as a “very engaging”speaker who is the source of “outstanding tips.”
